US has been granted a full license from the Ministry of Finance to operate 4 securities business as well as has the derivatives agent license from Security and Exchange Commission (SEC):

• Securities Brokerage
  The Company is a member of the Stock Exchange of Thailand providing brokerage service to individual as well as institutional investors both Thais and foreigners. US has professional teams in marketing and reliable research information as well as high technology which can help support its clients in their investment decision.
  We have been implementing new technology in order to keep up with the advancing situation. We were one of the founder members of the SETTRADE.COM Co., Ltd. which provides securities internet trading system service in which customers are able to send trading orders, check and confirm securities trading orders, check securities outstanding and settlement by themselves 24 hours a day, arrange own portfolio, watch real time market quote, stock history, technical analysis, updated securities information through accurate securities analysis and other supporting information which may help in making investment decision at the right time.
  
  
• Securities Trading
  The Company invests in government and state enterprise securities, debts and equity instruments of private companies both for short and long terms. Each investment is governed by investment limit and risk management as set forth in Company’s investment policy. The strategy and policy are revised and updated occasionally.
  
  
• Investment Advisory
  Investment advisory service is the service provided to companies who wish to seek joint venture partner (s) or who wish to invest in businesses both listed and non-listed.
  
  
• Underwriting
  The Company provides underwriting service to those firms who wish to issue and sell their shares to the interested investors to the public, for example, Common Stocks, Bonds, Warrants and Unit trust, etc.
  
  
• Derivatives Agent
  The company has acquired derivatives agent license from Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 13, 2008 and registered as a member of the Thailand Futures Exchange Public Company Limited (TFEX) and the Thailand Clearing House (TCH).
  By law, the Company is allowed to trade derivatives products related to TFEX’s products. Presently, there are 3 products launched such as SET50 Index Futures, SET50 Index Options and Stock Futures. The Company also provides 2 trading platforms for customers, which are traditional trading (Marketing agent) and Internet trading.
